When will I receive my order?

If you’re anything like us you'll want your jewellery ASAP so we aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of ordering (non personalised items). 

 

Help, I need my item urgently can I get it the next day?

Yes absolutely! Simply select ’Special Delivery’ at checkout and as log as you’ve ordered by 1pm it will be with you by 1pm the next day.

How much is postage?

Jewellery:

Tracked 48: £2.95

Tracked 24: £3.95

Special Delivery: £6.95

​

Accessories:

Tracked 48: £3.95

Tracked 24: £3.95

Special Delivery: £9.95

Delivery of hand-made personalised items is included in the cost of the product.

 

Can I collect my order to save on postage?

Of course! If you’re local to IP4 Simply enter the FREE COLLECTION option at checkout and we'll be in touch to arrange a suitable time for you to collect or if we possibly can we’ll deliver to make things as easy and stress free as possible!

My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

Once dispatched you’ll be sent a Royal Mail tracking reference so log onto www.royalmail.com to locate the item. For further issues please get in touch info@lucylocketsjewellery.co.uk

 

I've changed my mind, can I return an item?

We hope you love your Lucy Lockets Jewellery but if something isn't quite right please get in touch within 14 days of receipt of your order. Simply email info@lucylocketsjewellery.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once we’ve acknowledged the return request you can send the item back to us. Customers are responsible for the return posting costs and we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost items, therefore we suggest using a recorded method of post. Funds will be released on receipt of the product.

Please note for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept earring returns unless faulty.

 

Unless there is a fault with a personalised item these are non-returnable.

My order is faulty, what should I do?

We want all our customers to be thrilled with their purchases and shop with Lucy Lockets time and time again so for any faulty items please email a photo of the fault along with your order number and order date to info@lucylocketsjewellery.co.uk and we’ll do our utmost to resolve the issue where possible.
